Welcome to the Kennedy Center News Room, a resource for members of the news media. Below, please find the latest news, press releases, images, media guidelines, and information about how to get in touch with members of the Public Relations team.
Members of the media on assignment should contact the Kennedy Center PR team to request press tickets, interviews, background information, and/or access to performances, venues, artists, and administrators. Please be aware that press tickets are limited, and availability will vary from performance to performance.
All photo journalists and broadcast media that wish to film at the Kennedy Center must receive prior approval from the Kennedy Center PR team. While day-of requests will be accommodated whenever possible, advanced notice of at least 72 hours is preferred. Please review our photography policy for more information on casual visitor photography, commercial photo shoots, and media policies. In general, accredited news outlets are welcome to cover Kennedy Center events by arrangement; requests with no nexus to the Kennedy Center’s mission as the national cultural center are typically not accommodated.
