Launched as a partnership between Mark Morris Dance Group and the Brooklyn Parkinson Group, this program offers internationally acclaimed dance classes for people with Parkinson’s Disease in more than 250 communities and 24 countries.

Select Fridays at 10 a.m
Join us for Sound Health Fridays at The REACH for activities prior to 11:30 a.m. NSO coffee concerts. Arrive at 9:30 a.m. and purchase coffee at the Hyannis Port Coffee Bar, and wander the REACH. At 10 a.m., participate in a Morning Sing, attend a health-inspired talk and performance, or join a wellness-inspired workshop.

Daybreaker returns with its PEACE TOUR! The event begins with an outdoor morning yoga class and then transitions into a dance party emphasizing self-expression and unity with others.

Join us for the inaugural JF(5)K, a 5K inspired run/walk on the Kennedy Center grounds Saturday, June 29th, 2024, for a morning of fitness, fun, and community. After crossing the finish line, stick around for post-race festivities including a DJ, food trucks, vendors, arts market, and outdoor games until noon.
