Host Chip Jackson presents an ensemble of young and emerging jazz artists, featuring Crystal Torres (vocals), Matt Marantz (sax), Caley Monahon-Ward (violin), Marcus Gilmore (drums), Philip Kuehn (bass), and Eldar Djangirov (piano). The group performs jazz pieces written by Dr. Billy Taylor, including "Conversation," "La Côte D'Ivoire," "C.A.G.," "I Think Of You," "Titoro," and "Homage" (recorded in 2004 at C. D. Hylton High School in Woodbridge, VA).
