Drummer, author, and producer Queen Cora joins #KenCenHipHop to present her #LifeIn5.
Queen Cora’s showmanship has been recognized as inspiring, passionate, and explosive with a star-studded resume featuring collaborations with icons such as Prince and Beyoncé as well as a host of culture makers including Goapele, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, Mary J. Blige, Estelle, Missy Elliott, and many others. She also serves as the house drummer for the annual BLACK GIRLS ROCK! Awards Show and is the only musician to play in 2 of the Top 10 NFL Super Bowl halftime shows.
Outside of her artistry, Queen Cora has developed her own signature line of drumsticks and drums in addition to serving as an avid international mentor and master clinician, authoring self-help books for youth.
