Give the gift of Membership!
There's no better way to experience the Kennedy Center than by being a Member. You can share that experience with the arts lover in your life by gifting them a Membership.
After you select the Membership level and pay for the gift, your gift recipient will receive instructions to set up their Membership. They will begin receiving benefits such as access to Digital Stage+ and Members-Only Ticket Priority as soon as they activate their Membership.
How to purchase a Gift Membership
- Below, select the Membership level you would like to gift to your recipient.
- Choose your Membership Certificate design.
- Enter the recipient's name, your name, recipient's email, and a special message. Note: After you successfully check out a notification email will be sent immediately to the recipient's email. If you would like the gift to be delivered on a future date, we suggest you enter your email in the box so you can surprise the gift recipient by forwarding the email later.
- Select 'Add to Cart' and continue through the cart check out process.
- Your gift recipient will be sent an email letting them know about your gift! They will be provided with instructions to redeem their Membership, including a unique Membership Activation Code. The Membership will not begin until they activate it, which must be done within one year of purchase.
- Within two weeks you will receive a tax receipt via email.

Remember, a gift notification will be sent to the recipient immediately upon checkout. If you would like the recipient to be notified on a future date, enter your email as the recipient's email, and you can forward the gift notification when you prefer. Your gift recipient will still be able to redeem their Membership with their preferred email address.
