Nancy Thomas

Nancy Thomas graduated from the Curtis Institute of Music where she studied with Joseph dePasquale, Karen Tuttle, and Karen Ritscher. She has also worked with Richard Parnas, Richard Field, and Ann Rylands. Ms. Thomas has performed in the Washington, D.C., area for the past 20 years as an active chamber musician, soloist, and coach. She has performed in a variety of venues and ensembles, such as the Fessenden Ensemble, the Holocaust Memorial Museum, the Academy of Arts and Sciences, the Smithsonian Chamber Players, and the Eclipse Chamber Orchestra. Ms. Thomas is a sectional and chamber music coach for the American Youth Philharmonic. She can also be found coaching sectionals in various high schools throughout the Northern Virginia area.
