New Columbia Swing
New Columbia Swing is dedicated to creating an inclusive and welcoming community in which we teach, promote, and preserve the art and history of Lindy Hop, other swing dances, and swing music. Founded in 2018, New Columbia Swing provides classes for all experience levels and social dances at the Josephine Butler Parks Center in northwest DC every Tuesday night. We also present live bands and introductory classes at Glen Echo Park along with other opportunities for hearing and dancing to DJed and live swing music throughout the greater Washington area.
