Brazilian American Cultural Center
The Brazilian—American Cultural Center opened in June 2019 as the headquarters of Capoeira Barro Vermelho USA, at 3001 Sherman Avenue, NW, with the mission to be the home of Brazilian arts and culture in the District of Columbia. We invite the greater DC community to experience Brazil with all of their senses and provide the community with a venue to celebrate the ties that bind the US and Brazil through the discovery of various arts and cultures of Brazil.
